Our client a multinational European Dating Program, currently based in 3 countries, with 6 million users across Europe, is now seeking a qualified candidate to fill immediately the Position of CFO.
Our client is a forward thinking company having the most brilliant minds in the industry. This is an extraordinary opportunity to work in a fast paced entertainment industry.
Additionally the company is growing extremely fast and is looking for an extremely qualified person to lead the finance team in this exciting time.
The Positions' Duties:
Coordinating and accurately preparing management reporting: PNL, Balance Sheets etc
Coordinating the EOM Reporting
Coordinating the VAT Reporting, Submitting the appropriate agencies and ensuing timely payments
Coordinating and managing the finance team.
Solving problems and working with the COO to ensure operational capital
Budgeting and forecasting
Coordinating and preparing affiliate & partner payments
Create and deliver various reports as COO & CEO requires
Managing the various bank accounts and
Work with management & existing consulting & development teams to create internal tracking
Performs a variety of assigned tasks as the position evolves
Reports to COO & CEO
Prepare regular progress reports
Ideal Candidate Posses the Following Characteristics:
Well connected, Well Respected, Highly Motivated
High Energetic Self Starter and able to manage their time efficiently
Creative and able to convey this creativity to a team
Problem solver, able to implement coordinate, and manage the development of marketing creative and concepts.
Able to implement and follow-through with their innovative ideas and set them into action in a sales environment
Technically minded and ecommerce experience a plus
Comfortable in a sales environment
Willing to join and maintain relationships through associations, clubs and
events
3-5 years' experience in the field of marketing and sales preferred
Able to grasp the policies, procedures and culture of the company philosophy
Present a friendly conservative yet strong finance image to the general public
Proven track record in finance. Able to interact with existing management and team members, to diligently uphold the high standards for achievement that allow our team to complete goals and to ensure long term financial health for the company.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
