A leader in its industry, our client is seeking to employ a Finance Manager to join their group. The candidate will report to the Managing Director of the group.
You will assume the responsibility for the company's accounting and fiscal functions.
You will be in charge of establishing and maintaining accounting procedures and processes, accounting systems and accounting filing and archiving.
Other responsibilities include: Preparation of monthly management accounts, management of employees benefits and salaries, reviewing of trading performance of the business, improvement of internal control systems as necessary, preparation of budgets, forecasts, cash flows and cash and capital requirements.
Ensuring the business complies with statutory fiscal and corporate obligations.
You will be a motivated finance professional with a track record for timelines, sound judgement and integrity.
Requirements:
You will be a qualified accountant, having already obtained your warrant;
You must demonstrate strong leadership and communicational skills;
A pro active approach to improving internal systems and processes;
A supportive team building attitude;
Big 4 experience will be considered a plus;
Experience in the industry will be considered an asset.
