SRAM Device Engineer

Working on high density SRAM and eFuse memories in a state of the art factory and cutting edge process technology, 14 nm and beyond.
In this position you will both develop and integrate SRAM and eFuse devices into current logic flows, and optimize them for performance, reliability, mismatch, yield, and manufacturing. All aspects of SRAM development are covered, from specification based on customer input until qualification.
Specific Responsibilities
Define SRAM electrical specs and drive spec closure with customer.
Support SRAM device targeting for SRAMs across multiple nodes
Work with SPICE modeling team to define model targets, provide Model QA/feedback
Support Si vs model correlation analysis at bitcell/array level
SRAM simulation support for customer electrical spec requests and debug
Interface with customers, reporting results and step up plans
Interfacing with device and integration teams on cross functional teams on issues affecting SRAM performance, yield, or reliability
Split lot analysis for all SRAM parameters, forming concise conclusions
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Must be able to work in parallel on multiple projects across multiple technology nodes and effectively multi-task. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to support internal and external customers.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of BS . Degree plus 4 years experience; must be in Electrical Engineering, Solid State Physics or other relevant engineering physical science discipline.
Requires demonstrated knowledge of device physics, SRAM bitcell design, and device - design interaction for SRAM arrays. Strong abilities in working with cross-functional teams and data analysis are needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge of SPICE, advanced CMOS process technology, process integration and circuit design is a plus.
Excellent learning agility, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills along with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business need
Strong team player with ability to work well within a global team

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
