Position Title: PrincipalEngineer Process Engineering
Hours: Monday? Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Summaryof Duties:
Performlithography process engineering in semiconductor manufacturing operations. Conduct equipment evaluations with majorsemiconductor vendors, define initial tooling needs for start-up, developand/or optimize unit processes in order to meet the overall technology roadmapand device performance requirements for 14nm technology node and beyond.Participate in the evaluation of toolsets, and defining best tools for ramp-up.Support the Integration team and Quality organization to ensure technologymeets the qualification and reliability requirements. Support the efforts ofthe internal technology development team. Support process and technology transfer from customers. Participate in troubleshooting taskforces asneed and help develop solutions that prevent recurrence. Continue to improve process robustness forhigh volume manufacturing using statistical tools, DOE techniques, data drivendecision making and systematic problem solving skills. Use lean manufacturingand six sigma processes. Coordinate withManufacturing Engineering to review daily goals/priorities, project statuses,and qualification timelines. Supportengineering and development activities to achieve the desired WIP turns andcycle time goals. Work on continuousimprovement projects to optimize processes with regards to process stabilityand wafer yield. Help establish andexecute specific department plans and strategies to support the fab to achievemanufacturing KPIs. These include cycle time, line yield, OEE (overallequipment efficiency).
Requiresa Master's degree in Physics, Engineering, Materials Science or a related fieldof study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or as a ProcessEngineer or related semiconductor engineering role. Alternately, employer will accept aBachelor's degree in Physics, Engineering, Materials Science or related fieldof study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a ProcessEngineer or related semiconductor engineering role or a PhD in Physics,Engineering, Materials Science or related field of study and two (2) year ofexperience in the job offered or as a Process Engineer or related semiconductorengineering role in lieu of a Master's degree and four (4) years ofexperience. Position requires experiencewith at least six (6) of the following: Statistical process control (SPC) andadvanced process control (APC); Design of Experiments (DOE) techniques andmethods; Characterization and development of Photolithography coating,exposure, and develop processes; TEL and ASML toolsets; ASML wafer handling,wafer alignment, reticle alignment, leveling, and exposure subsystems; Projectmanagement; Optical Proximity Correction (OPC) models and verification;Structured problem solving related to yield, inline, and defect issueinvestigation and resolution; Overlay measurement and correction methods; and Simulation software.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
